Animal details	Pastel Super Fire - male (♂). Surtr is a very sweet snake and has become a favorite of our volunteers at Science Outreach events. He came to us as a possible Pastel super fire, and we suspected his lack of yellow splotches sometimes seen in homozygous fire ball pythons might be explained by a Pastel influence. In 2017, Surtr proved definitively that he does carry the Pastel allele by siring some Firefly combinations with Cinnless. Leucistic animals across all clades are pretty neat and we're grateful to have Surtr as an Ambassador Animal to teach folks about these 'coat color' mutations.
